Terms of Service

These terms cover Little Guppies Admin, the private scheduling and billing tool used to run Little Guppies Swimming in the North Bay, California. By signing in, you agree to them.

Who may use it

This is an internal business tool, not a public service. Access is limited to Google accounts on an explicit access list maintained by the business. If your account is not on that list, sign-in will be refused. Do not attempt to access the app without authorization.

Your account

You sign in with your own Google account. Keep it secure and do not share access. Actions taken in the app are recorded against the signed-in account, so anything done with your credentials is attributed to you. Tell us promptly if you think your access has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only to run the business, and not to:

• export, copy or share client information except as needed to operate the business;
• attempt to access accounts, records or systems you have not been granted access to;
• interfere with the service, or probe it for weaknesses without permission;
• use it in any way that breaks applicable law.

Client data

The app holds records about real families and children. Treat that information as confidential. Handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Google account access

The app connects to Google Calendar and Gmail in read-only mode to sync lessons and match payments. You can revoke that access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking it will stop lessons and payments from syncing until access is granted again.

Availability

The app is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime. It may be unavailable during maintenance, deployment, or an outage at a service it depends on. Features may change or be removed without notice.

Accuracy of records

Scheduling and billing figures are generated from calendar events and payment notifications and may be incomplete or wrong — for example if an event is mis-titled, or a payment email does not arrive. Check the figures before relying on them for invoicing, accounting or tax. The business remains responsible for the accuracy of its own records.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from use of the app.

Ending access

Access may be removed at any time and for any reason, including when someone stops working with the business. You may stop using the app at any time by revoking its access to your Google account.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
